Wars! This word means the death of millions of people, every year around the world. 

This photo is called Buddhist Monk, Thích Quang Duc, and it was taken in Saigón, actually Ho Chi Minh. The photographer who took the photo was Malcom Browne in 1963. In this photo we can see a Buddhist Monk called Thích Quang Duc that are burning himself until death. In the background we can see a car, and a lot of people that is watching the terrifying scene. In the foregroud, we see a Buddhist  Mahayana Vietnamese Monk that is commiting suicide between flames. His country may be at war or in a dificult situation. He might be against the thoughts of his country. He must be living a very dificult life.
